Currently, we're looking for additional Learning Consultant to scale up our business and fostering good relationship with our clients.
Job Description
- Become the strategic partner for clients, understanding their needs and struggle, while proposing the best solutions suitable for their business
- Managing and nurturing good communication with corporate partner
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders
- Planning, executing, and overseeing partnership initiatives and engagement activities
- Collaborating with internal team to deliver seamless support and services to partners
- Identifying and pursuing new business collaboration opportunities
- Developing strategies to improve partner engagement and retention
Qualification
- Great at communication, problem solving, and analyzing skill
- Have 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales related position
- Proven experience in managing and developing B2B partnership especially in corporate training and development industry
- Strong project and task management skill, able to prioritize urgent task and assignment
- Proactive, creative, and agile individual that could adapt easily in every situation
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic towards client’s struggle and have a good initiative to offer the best solutions for their needs
- Self-motivated and target-oriented will be a plus point
