Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
- Conduct competency assessments and support talent development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to L&D activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, and employee engagement programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
