Job description for Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist at Pt Makmur Sejahtera Mesindo

Tentang Posisi Ini:

Kami mencari individu yang tidak hanya mampu mengajar, tetapi juga mampu merancang sistem pelatihan yang efektif dan memastikan tim berkembang secara nyata. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan performa karyawan melalui program training yang terstruktur.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Mendesain dan mengembangkan modul pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
Menyusun kurikulum dan program training (hard skill & soft skill)
Menyampaikan pelatihan (presentasi, workshop, coaching) secara efektif
Melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas training
Memonitor perkembangan dan performa tim pasca pelatihan
Memberikan feedback serta rekomendasi pengembangan karyawan
Berkolaborasi dengan tim HR dan operasional untuk kebutuhan training

Kualifikasi:

Minimal S1 (Psikologi / Manajemen SDM / Pendidikan / bidang relevan)
Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang Training atau Learning & Development
Berpengalaman dalam membuat modul pelatihan / SOP
Memiliki kemampuan public speaking & presentasi yang baik
Memahami konsep instructional design dan evaluasi training
Mampu melakukan coaching & mentoring
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan monitoring performa
