Job description for Learning & Development (Internship) at PT. Citra Sukses Analis

Qualification :

•⁠ ⁠Final year student or recent fresh graduate from a reputable university with no remaining class

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in designing curriculum, developing syllabus, and training modules.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)

•⁠ ⁠Basic to intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets & Google Slides

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills, able to collaborate woth subject matter experts; creative, adaptive, and innovative

•⁠ ⁠Interested in Training & Development

•⁠ ⁠Willing to work on site at Head Office in Jakarta (WFO) (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30)

Job Description :

•⁠ ⁠Develop training modules

•⁠ ⁠Manage collaboration with Subject Matter Experts for module and content development

•⁠ ⁠Conduct evaluations of development modules and implement improvements where needed
