Job description for Learning & Development Dept. Head at Pt Dynapack Indonesia
- Planning and manage Learning & Development systems for all Dynapack groups (Indonesia & Overseas).
- Provide professional expertise and support in design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals (e.g Management Development Program, Apprentice Program/Management Trainee).
- Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs to upgrade soft competencies and technical competencies of employees.
- Ensure that organization learning management is focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Bachelor degree from Psychology / Management / Business Administration / Social Science / Human Resources Management.
- Having experience as in Learning & Development minimum 7 years, with 2 years in department head level.
- Having depth knowledge about competency, talent pool system, and succession planning.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Willing to mobile but mainly located in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
