Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, professional responses across all chat platforms (WhatsApp, Live Chat, Social Media).
- Qualify prospects via strategic questioning to convert cold inquiries into hot leads.
- Communicate the company's value and technical concepts clearly and elegantly.
- Hand over hot leads to the Sales team with complete client context.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Interior & Architecture background is a strong plus.
- Excellent written communication, basic persuasive copywriting, and fast typing skills.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and basic consumer psychology.
- Familiarity with CRM and omnichannel platforms.
- Proactive, empathetic, and resilient in handling client objections.
