Job description for Leader Steward at PT Bumi Aki Boga
Jobdesc:
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, dishwashing, and storage areas
• Manage cleaning schedules, dishwashing flow, and waste management
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP / CHSE
• Conduct daily sanitation checks and coordinate findings with Kitchen & QC teams
• Control inventory of cleaning chemicals, stewarding tools, and kitchen equipment
• Conduct daily briefings, on-the-job training, and performance supervision
• Ensure team compliance with workplace safety (PPE, sharp tools, hot equipment)
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Engineering, and Housekeeping teams
• Prepare daily reports on cleanliness, equipment condition, and incident records
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Steward Leader / Supervisor
• Background in Asian / Indonesian restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and CHSE standards
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
• Willing to work shifts in a fast-paced operation
