Job description for Leader Shift Production at PT Sanwamas Metal Industry
Plan and organize daily, weekly, or monthly work schedules according to production targets.
Assign tasks to operators and ensure each production line operates according to the plan.
Coordinate with the PPIC department regarding raw material requirements.
Ensure the production process runs in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor the quality of production output at each stage.
Provide technical guidance and basic training to team members.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on production output and employee attendance.
Propose ideas for improving production efficiency
Qualification :
Candidates should be under 35 years of age.
Strong communication skills (English / Japanese required)
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree
Experience in the building materials, manufacture or construction equipment industry is preferred and understand engineering drawings and product specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), WMS System
Willing to participate in the recruitment process offline.
Placement in Bekasi
Willing to work in 2 shifts (Morning & Middle)
Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting targets.
