Qualifications:

  • Minimum SMA/SMK with minimum 2 years experience in the field of bread production/making.
  • Mastering bread making techniques (especially dough shaping) and maintaining product quality.
  • Proficient in making defective product reports (BS), calculating production output, and preparing team work schedules.
  • Firm, communicative, and has a strong leadership spirit to direct the crew/operator.
  • Discipline, oriented towards production targets, and maintaining a clean work area (5S/GMP).
