Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan & Pengalaman: Minimal SMK Tata Boga/D3 Kuliner, dengan pengalaman 3+ tahun di pastry dan 1 tahun sebagai leader/supervisor.
Kemampuan Teknis: Menguasai pembuatan berbagai jenis pastry, roti, dessert, serta mampu mengembangkan resep dan kontrol food cost.
Kepemimpinan: Mampu memimpin tim, mengatur operasional dapur, dan membina anggota tim.
Sikap Profesional: Disiplin, kreatif, detail, dan menjaga standar kebersihan serta higienitas kerja.
Kesiapan Kerja: Bersedia kerja shift, termasuk akhir pekan/libur, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Mengatur dan mengawasi proses produksi pastry harian agar berjalan efisien dan tepat waktu.
Membuat dan mengembangkan resep baru sesuai tren, musim, atau permintaan khusus.
Menjaga kualitas rasa, tampilan, dan konsistensi semua produk pastry.
Melatih dan membina anggota tim agar bekerja sesuai SOP dan standar kebersihan.
Melakukan kontrol terhadap stok bahan baku, pemesanan, serta penghitungan food cost.
Berkoordinasi dengan bagian dapur lain serta manajemen terkait permintaan khusus, event, atau kebutuhan produksi tambahan.
Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar higienitas dan keselamatan kerja.

Therefore the company adopted Halal/Sharia Principles as the base of its operation.
