Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / bidang terkait
Pengalaman kerja minimal 8 tahun di bidang Maintenance Manufacturing
Berdomisili di area Jabodetabek
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Leader / Supervisor Maintenance menjadi nilai tambah
Memahami sistem maintenance mesin produksi aluminium/coating
Wajib memiliki pemahaman mechanical & electrical

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Memimpin dan mengarahkan tim maintenance dalam kegiatan operasional harian
Melakukan preventive maintenance (PM) dan corrective maintenance
Melakukan troubleshooting mesin dan pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tepat
Memastikan seluruh mesin produksi berjalan optimal untuk meminimalisir downtime
Mengelola kebutuhan spare parts dan alat kerja maintenance
Membuat laporan maintenance serta analisa downtime mesin
Memastikan implementasi K3 dan prosedur kerja maintenance berjalan dengan baik
Membaca dan memahami gambar teknik serta manual mesin
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk mendukung kelancaran produksi
Menerapkan prinsip Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
