Job description for Leader Live Streaming Team - English Speaker at PT Xing Han
HeYu Group is a growing company focused on the Indonesian market, specializing in Personal Care products including body care and hair care under our brand, Dr. Ville.
We are looking for a Livestream Leader who is ready to lead the host team and ensure livestream operations run effectively, efficiently, and achieve sales targets.
Position: Leader Livestream / Live Lead | Employment Status: Permanent Employee (PKWTT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly regarding livestream operators’ responsibilities and performance
- Manage schedules for full-time and part-time hosts
- Prepare backup arrangements whenever hosts are unavailable during certain shifts
- Supervise livestream operations to ensure smooth execution and target achievement
- Conduct host training and evaluations based on company SOPs
- Help improve sales performance through effective livestream strategies
- Lead the team to produce a minimum of 3 contents per day
Host Training Focus:
- Effective hard-selling techniques (not just shouting or aggressively pushing sales)
- Proper and engaging product knowledge delivery
- Creating effective livestream scripts that drive purchasing decisions
- Improving communication and audience engagement during livestream sessions
KPI & Targets:
- GMV Target
- Training Target GMV
- KPI performance monitoring
- Repeated violations or recurring issues will affect KPI evaluation
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary + Position Allowance + Performance Bonus upon achieving targets
- Additional bonuses based on GMV achievement & training target performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in livestream, e-commerce, or live selling industry
- Minimum 1 years of experience in lead livestreaming
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experienced in managing teams and work schedules
- Understanding of livestream sales strategies
- Adaptive and able to work in a dynamic environment
