* Manage and execute KOL campaigns from planning to execution.
*Source and reach out to KOLs on a large scale across different categories.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and talent.
*Identify suitable KOLs across Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega tiers.
*Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate campaign deliverables.
*Monitor KOL performance and campaign results.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to join as soon as possible (immediate availability preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
