Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di dapur profesional (restoran/hotel)
Menguasai masakan Western & Nusantara
Memahami dengan baik COGS (pengendalian food cost)
Mampu memastikan preparation dan serving time yang efisien
Menjaga kualitas, konsistensi, dan tampilan makanan
Memiliki jiwa leadership serta mampu melatih dan mengembangkan tim kitchen
Memahami operasional dapur, inventory, dan standar kebersihan
