Job Description :
Responsible for TIKTOK Platform
Create & manage schedule for host.
Create LIVE Stream Performance Report of daily, weekly, and monthly. Include commission & host rank.
Make sure all the Host are aware of each rules that each platform has.
Inform & Make sure host aware of running campaign/theme/special products.
Train & evaluate the host performance.
Arrange Flash Sales according to Manager instruction & inform-make sure all the host & assistant include the update during the LIVE.
Source Insights (trend & competitors) to improve the LIVE flow quality (How to keep / increase the viewers of the LIVE).
Make sure the products are stored properly after the LIVE stream
Make sure the LIVE studios are in clean condition after LIVE stream.
Make sure all the electronics devices turned off, before leaving work area.
