WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead and oversee the Live Streaming Host team
• Coordinate Host schedules and daily live streaming activities
• Track and evaluate Host performance, audience engagement, and sales results
• Give direction, coaching, and feedback to improve Host performance
• Ensure live sessions follow company SOPs and strategies
• Work closely with related teams to support live streaming performance
• Prepare performance reports and identify areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Streaming, preferably as a Leader, Host, or PIC
• Experience managing or coordinating a Host team
• Good understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and live streaming operations
• Able to analyze live streaming performance and key metrics
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Cilodong, Depok
