Job description for Leader CRM & CS at JSR Store

JOBDESK:

  • Handle all CS (KPI, report data penjualan all channel, jadwal shifting dan overtime, report data survey CS)
  • CRM (olah program giveaway, membership, merchandise untuk customer, konsep program untuk customer loyal, campaign di website, mengelola database pelanggan, setting diskon web dan WA
  • Menyusun planing strategy campaign Cs (wa dan website)
  • Analisa dan mapping semua hasil dan insight Cs staf
  • Membuat report hasil dan insight pekerjaan weekly dan monthly

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Pria/Wanita, usia 23–35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Customer Service / CRM
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & KPI
