Job description for Leader Content Creator & Social Media (BEAUTY) at PT Beauty Essential Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.
- Create monthly and weekly content plans, content pillars, and content calendars.
- Develop creative and relevant content ideas based on trends, audience behavior, and brand objectives.
- Lead the content production process from ideation, briefing, production, review, to publishing.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, videographers, editors, KOLs, and other relevant teams.
- Review content concepts, scripts, captions, visuals, and videos to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor TikTok and social media trends and identify opportunities for the brand.
- Analyze content performance, including views, reach, engagement, followers, and conversion, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Brand, KOL, and E-commerce teams to support campaigns and business objectives.
- Ensure content is delivered according to the planned timeline and maintains consistent brand positioning.
- Take ownership of the overall quality, consistency, and performance of the brand's social media channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics brands is highly preferred.
- Candidates from established or well-known beauty/cosmetics brands are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content.
- Able to develop content ideas, content pillars, and social media calendars independently.
- Good understanding of social media trends and beauty consumer behavior.
- Able to analyze social media performance and use data to improve content strategy.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership, with the ability to guide the content direction rather than only execute assigned tasks.
