Job description for Lead Tutor at PT.Educare Literasi Plus
Were looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience in gymnastics, sports, and fitness - but more importantly,
someone who genuinely LOVES working with children.
You'll help children become stronger, more confident, coordinated, and comfortable with movement while making sure they're having fun!
Your role will include:
- Leading gymnastics, sports & fitness sessions
- Teaching fundamental movement skills
- Creating age-appropriate physical activities
- Helping children build confidence & physical skills
- Making sure activities are safe
- Supporting and guiding other team members
We'd love to meet you if you :
- Have experience in gymnastics, sports, PE, fitness, or a related field
- Have experience coaching or teaching children
- Understand children's physical development
- Care deeply about child safety
- Are energetic, patient & encouraging
- Genuinely love working with children
- Want to grow as a coach and future leader
Relevant certification or formal training is a plus!
