Job description for Lead Technical at PT. Hexaon Business Mitrasindo

Responsibilities

Memimpin pelaksanaan teknis end-to-end untuk pengembangan dan implementasi platform web dan mobile.
Merancang arsitektur Core Banking yang scalable, secure, dan terintegrasi dengan berbagai modul Core Banking.
Mengembangkan Fraud Detection System (FDS) real-time dan compliance screening tools.
Membimbing tim developer, menerapkan coding best practices, serta melakukan code review.
Menentukan arah teknologi, framework, dan arsitektur sistem sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis.

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknologi Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman yang kuat sebagai Tech Lead atau Senior Engineer.
Menguasai Java Spring Boot (Microservices), ReactJS, dan Apache Kafka.
Memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman mendalam di industri perbankan, khususnya: Sistem tabungan (Savings), Sistem pinjaman (Loans), Credit Scoring, ISO 8583, ISO 20022
Memahami konsep keamanan dan kepatuhan, termasuk: Cryptography, Zero Trust Architecture, Fraud Detection System (FDS), Regulasi OJK, Bank Indonesia (BI), PPATK, PCI-DSS,ISO 27001
Menguasai praktik Engineering Modern, seperti: DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms, Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework
