Placement: Banking Industry
Location: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
Work Type: ONSITE, Kontrak - 1 Bulan
Kualifikasi:
● Memiliki lebih dari 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang IT
● Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Lead IT
● Mampu berpikir kritis dalam menghadapi tantangan dengan cara yang logis dan analitis, serta selalu membuat keputusan dengan alasan yang jelas dan memahami kemungkinan hasilnya
● Menjadi contoh budaya yang baik, dengan rasa rendah hati dan empati, siap membantu tim untuk mencapai hasil terbaik
● Mampu mengatasi hambatan, baik teknis maupun manajerial, dalam tim pengembangan
● Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
● Terbiasa menggunakan CI/CD
● Pengalaman dengan basis data seperti MySQL dan PostgreSQL
● Pengalaman dengan migrasi basis data
● Pengalaman dalam meng-deploy kode di AWS atau Red Hat OpenShift
● Pengalaman dengan bahasa pemrograman seperti Java, Ruby, Go, dan Rust, merupakan nilai tambah
● Memahami metodologi Agile
