Job Description
- Select and implement appropriate frameworks and technologies based on project needs.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of product features.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and reliability.
- To lead and manage the end-to-end development of web and desktop applications using full-stack technologies, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- This role is responsible for guiding the development team, making strategic technical decisions, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development (e.g., Node.js, React/Vue/Angular, PostgreSQL/MYSQL, RESTful APIs).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, DevOps practices, CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
