Job description for Lead Drafter (Interior Residential) at Dekoruma
Job Description
- Lead, coordinate, and provide training to the drafting team to meet company targets and project deadlines.
- Ensure the team’s work complies with established quality standards and SLAs.
- Develop, guide, and maintain updated standards and templates used by the team in line with Dekoruma’s evolving scoping needs.
- Implement improvements to workflows and drawing templates to enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of team performance, work output, and upcoming needs.
- Coordinate with other teams regarding working drawings and 3D deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for other teams for clarifications related to working drawings across all projects in the production and installation phases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design & Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior and furniture design
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for interior and furniture projects
- Experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in leading a team or managing a project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
