Job Description
- Oversee and distribute the design team's daily workload, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication between the design team, other departments, upper management, and external vendors.
- Represent the design team in direct client interactions when required.
- Translate and clearly convey briefs, technical updates, and feedback from clients or management into actionable tasks for the design team.
- Attend regular project meetings and actively monitor daily communication channels (e.g., project groups) to stay fully updated on field progress and project developments.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on design outputs to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and field visits whenever necessary to ensure design accuracy and alignment with physical constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in design project management or team leadership.
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive and adaptable approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Work from Office at Cakung, Jakarta Timur.
- Having a driver licence (SIM A/SIM C) is a plus.
