Lead Data Analyst

Role Description

Part 1: Pricing Analyst

• Conduct data processing and analysis related to COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) vs selling prices.
• Analyses Price structures.
• Communicate pricing strategies based on the conducted analysis.

Part 2: Data Analyst

• Provide and analyse data to identify issues, including supply chain, operations, and commercial, and suggest improvements as needed.
• Design and implement effective data analysis strategies and collection systems for optimal statistical accuracy and quality.
• Execute data cleansing and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Develop data visualizations using advanced any dashboard developer/ business intelligence tools.
• Identify and define opportunities for process enhancements and optimization.

Part 3: General Descriptions

• Collaborate with management to prioritize information needs and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate and contribute with other teams to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting the solutions’ needs by using a consultative approach.
• Enhance workflow and cross-functional collaborations.
• Conduct continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistic, Computer Science, or a relevant field from reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mind with business acumen.
• Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven in completing tasks, and possess high initiative to take action, including as a team player.
• Understanding of cost structures in transportation, warehousing, and project logistics.
• Capable of conducting market price research and analyzing data.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
• Had working experience in Enabler, Marketplace, FMCG, or Distribution company is a plus
• Quick response and adaptability.
• Willing to be based in BSD.
