Need Creator Manager (Ex MCN / Agency)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Creator Managers and Coordinators to achieve monthly GMV, video output, and engagement targets.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to increase overall network productivity and retention.
- Oversee creator recruitment across key categories (Beauty/Personal Care, FMCG, Home & Living, Electronics, Fashion).
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with top-tier (macro/mega) creators and key talent agencies.
- Categorize and match creators with suitable brand campaigns based on audience demographic, engagement rate, and niche relevance.
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to translate brand requirements into actionable creative briefs for creators.
- Supervise sample distribution workflows, ensuring high execution rate (from sample dispatch to video upload/live stream).
- Monitor and optimize affiliate commission models (e.g., Target Plans/MCN Plans) to maximize creator earnings and MCN revenue.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in Influencer Management, or Campaign Marketing (preferably in an MCN agency or e-commerce environment).
- Solid understanding of social media trends, the influencer ecosystem, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands and creators.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.
