Job description for Lead Coach at PT.Educare Literasi Plus
We're looking for someone who can do more than just teach, but can also make children feel safe, happy, curious, and excited to learn.
You'll be working with children from toddler to elementary age, helping them learn through fun and meaningful activities.
You'll be doing things like:
- Leading learning sessions
- Supporting children's development
- Adapting activities to different ages & needs
- Working with tutors & assistants
- Sharing good teaching practices with the team
- Helping us continuously improve our learning experience
We'd love to meet you if you:
- Have experience as a teacher, kindergarten teacher, early childhood educator, or tutor
- Have strong English and are comfortable teaching in English
- Understand child development
- Are patient, warm & creative
- Genuinely love working with children
- Want to keep learning and growing as an educator
Education / Early Childhood Education / Psychology background is a plus!
