Laundry Staff

At Laundry Société, this role is intended for individuals who are ready to work, adapt quickly, and maintain consistent operational standards from day one.

This position is not a training-based role.

It is designed for candidates who already understand basic work discipline and can adjust to established systems with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work & Expectations

As part of the operations team, you will be expected to adapt quickly to existing workflows and SOPs:

- Operate laundry machines according to established procedures

- Sort garments accurately based on fabric, color, and care labels

- Use detergents and chemicals exactly as instructed

- Maintain machine cleanliness and daily operational checks

- Perform quality control to ensure clean and damage-free results

- Follow workflow timelines and production targets

- Coordinate efficiently with customer service and finishing teams

Initial guidance will be provided, but this role requires fast adjustment, not repeated training.

Work Style & Performance Standard

This position is suitable only for candidates who:

- Can follow instructions precisely

- Work consistently without constant supervision

- Understand the importance of discipline, responsibility, and accuracy
