iDevice Repair Centre is a Singapore-based computer repair company specialising in Windows laptops, MacBooks and Apple devices. We provide professional diagnosis, troubleshooting and hardware repair services for customers with a wide range of laptop and computer problems.
We are looking for a Laptop Repair Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and computer hardware problems
* Repair and replace faulty laptop components
* Perform hardware testing and fault finding
* Handle Windows laptops and Apple MacBooks
* Perform software troubleshooting and basic operating system-related repairs
* Assist with customer devices and explain repair issues when required
* Maintain proper records of repairs and ensure devices are handled carefully
* Keep the work area organised and maintain good repair standards
Requirements:
* Experience in laptop/computer repair is preferred
* Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in computer repair are welcome to apply
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS is an advantage
* Able to diagnose problems logically and work independently
* Willing to learn and develop technical repair skills
* Good attention to detail and responsible when handling customer devices
