Kualifikas :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Pertanian, Hortikultura, Lanskap, atau sejenisnya.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang landscape, nursery, tanaman hias, atau vertical garden.

Memahami berbagai jenis tanaman indoor maupun outdoor beserta karakteristiknya.

Memiliki kemampuan menyusun komposisi tanaman agar terlihat estetis dan harmonis.

Memahami kebutuhan media tanam, pencahayaan, penyiraman, dan pemupukan sesuai jenis tanaman.

Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan maupun proyek pemasangan.

Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.

Memiliki fisik yang sehat dan mampu mengangkat tanaman serta material pendukung.

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota apabila diperlukan.

Memiliki SIM A atau SIM C menjadi nilai tambah.
