Job description for Land Surveyor at BREIG Property
The Land Surveyor is responsible for executing precise geodetic measurements and surveys to support residential, hospitality, commercial, and land- management projects. The role includes carrying out field measurements, preparing and analyzing geodetic data, creating topographic plans and maps, monitoring surveying activities on construction sites, participating in the design of geodetic solutions, and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and builders to guarantee accuracy and quality. The surveyor ensures all work complies with Indonesian geodetic regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards, delivering reliable data for cost estimation, design, procurement, and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering (Surveying specialization), or related fields
- Minimum 3 years in land surveying, topographic surveying or construction layout;
- Experience with residential, hospitality or villa projects in Bali is a strong advantage;
- Luxury / high-end segment experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Russian is a strong advantage (for coordination with clients and PM teams)
- Strong proficiency with surveying instruments: Total Station, RTK-GNSS receivers, digital/automatic levels, laser scanners;
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, survey processing software (Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, etc.);
- Good knowledge of GIS tools (ArcGIS / QGIS) is a plus;
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil & MEP drawings;
- Familiarity with Indonesian coordinate system (SKN), geodetic datums and relevant SNI standards.
