Job description for LABORATORY at PT PEI HAI INTERNATIONAL WIRATAMA INDONESIA

KUALIFIKASI :

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Kimia, Teknik Kimia, atau bidang terkait

- Memahami pengujian material dan chemical pada produk sepatu

- Memahami penggunaan alat-alat laboratorium

- Mampu melakukan testing, sampling, dan analisa hasil pengujian

- Memahami dasar chemical handling & SDS

- Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

- Mampu membuat laporan hasil testing

- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office

- Mampu bekerja sama dengan QC, R&D, Production, dan Chemical

- Pengalaman di laboratorium/manufaktur sepatu menjadi nilai tambah

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

- Melakukan sampling dan pengujian material sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.

- Melakukan testing chemical, adhesive, rubber, upper, outsole, dan material pendukung lainnya.

- Mengoperasikan dan merawat peralatan laboratorium.

- Mencatat, menganalisa, dan melaporkan hasil pengujian.

- Memastikan hasil testing sesuai dengan standar kualitas/customer requirement.

- Melakukan re-testing apabila ditemukan hasil yang tidak sesuai standar.

- Membantu melakukan investigasi masalah kualitas material berdasarkan hasil pengujian.

- Berkoordinasi dengan QC, R&D, Production, dan Chemical Engineer terkait hasil testing.

- Menjaga kebersihan, keamanan, dan ketertiban area laboratorium.

- Memastikan penggunaan dan penyimpanan chemical sesuai prosedur dan SDS.
