Laboratory Analyst

About the Role:

Join our healthcare team as a Laboratory Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in providing accurate and reliable diagnostic services. This position involves conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and delivering critical results that contribute to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper handling and labeling to maintain sample integrity.
• Perform laboratory tests and examinations on samples following established protocols and methodologies.
• Interpret test results accurately and compile reports for clinicians, providing clear insights into findings.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
• Conduct daily maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in laboratory diagnostics, especially in Medical Check-Up (MCU) projects, is a must.
• Willingness to travel for work assignments, including out-of-town trips.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and precision in testing and reporting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clinicians and staff.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and quality control protocols.
