Qualifications:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree graduated from reputable university in Chemistry Science, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with relevant skills through demonstrated experience
2. Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication
3. Extensive experience in handling customer-related issues
4. Excellent analytical skills that support sound decision‑making in communications with many parties
5. Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in leading a team
6. Able to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
7. Demonstrates a proactive attitude and takes initiative in completing tasks.
8. Shows strong attention to detail when working with data, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and clarify testing request against PTL internal testing standards and operational requirements. If needed clarify testing demands and scopes with Clients, PTL Capacity Planning and Analytical Leads for feasibility. Update information accordingly in PTL LIMS systems.
2. Monitor upcoming request execution and prioritize them in collaboration with MTP/STP planning team, ensuring on-time submission and enabling on time delivery. For stability studies, communicate pull out dates to involved laboratories to ensure timely stability testing, record and communicate potential deviations to involved stakeholders like Analytical Leads and requestors for corrective actions.
3. Transposes testing requests from User internal requestors into PTL LIMS systems across multiple laboratories, ensuring each request is accurately scoped, prioritized, and aligned with operational timelines and partners’ needs.
4. Manage PTL Stability Study Module in LIMS based on stability study protocols coming from Clients to ensure correct sample storage, timely sample handling and seamless testing execution in multiple laboratories over the study period.
5. Proactively monitor the availability of testing results and ensure their timely and accurate transfer to clients by coordinating results review to Analytical Leads, generating result reports and managing them in various data management systems.
6. Support Digital Product Owner and technical teams during improvements of involved laboratory IT systems as SME of the testing request process and managing of stability studies
