HaloDoc melalui pendaftaran resmi Staffinc saat ini sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Lab Analyst Junior (ATLM) penempatan Jakarta Selatan dengan kualifikasi dan jobdesc sebagai berikut:
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma D3 / D4 Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM)
- Certifications STR as ATLM (Valid)
- Possess a valid SIP ATLM
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, or other healthcare facility. with Required Skills : Phlebotomy (capillary and venous), Sample processing and pre-analytic procedure, Operation of hematology/chemistry/immunology analyzers , Quality control & troubleshooting, Reporting and documentation
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to work in a shift schedule.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office or pharmacy system).
Jobdesc:
- Perform laboratory tests on blood, urine and other clinical samples.
- Operate laboratory analyzers (hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, etc..)
- Conduct daily Quality Control (QC) and ensure results meet standards.
- Prepare reagents, calibrators, and controls before testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Validate and verify test results before reporting.
- Input results into the LIS system accurately.
- Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and waste management procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab.
- Assist with sample collection (phlebotomy) if required by the facility.
