Job description for L2 Engineer at PT Adi Perdana Nusantara

PT ADI PERDANA NUSANTARA is looking for a skilled L2 Engineer for our team.

🔍 Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Geneos or any application monitoring products

• Understanding of monitoring tool principles and having hands-on experience configuring monitoring parameters (e.g., Geneos/BMC Helix/Entuity/Dyna Trace/Splunk/Promotheus/DataDog/ManageEngine, etc.)

• ⁠Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple server OS (e.og., Linux/Unix/Windows/AS400, etc.) and databases (e.g., Oracle/SQL/MariaDB, etc.)

•⁠ Able to communicate in English professionally - verbal and written

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
