About the Opportunity
Position: IT Operations / Monitoring Support (Internship)
Contract Duration: 6-Month Internship
Working Arrangement: Full WFO (Work From Office)
Working Hours: Shift-based (Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:30 WIB) (Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:30 WIB)
Location: Menara Batavia, Jl. K.H. Mas Mansyur No.Kav. 126, Central Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, servers, networks, databases, and applications on a regular basis.
- Handle first-level (L1) operational tickets, incidents, and service requests.
- Record, update, and manage ticket status accurately within the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams when necessary.
- Ensure all critical alerts are promptly followed up on in accordance with standard procedures.
- Perform routine system health checks based on operational checklists.
- Conduct smooth operational handovers between shift changes.
- Support scheduled maintenance activities (Preventive Maintenance).
- Ensure all maintenance processes strictly adhere to company SOPs, SLAs, and information security policies.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of SQL / PLSQL.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Strong communication skills and a good team player.
- Highly detailed, disciplined, and responsible.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
