Job description for L1 Cloud Support Engineer at PT Data Labs Analytics
Job Description:
- Responsible as the first point of contact for issues raised by customers
- Troubleshoots issues regarding cloud environments
- Manage and monitor Cloud environments.
- Document issues and interactions with customers
- Collaborate with other support engineers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in any of Public Cloud provider e.g Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
- Knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in 24x7 rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
