- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, operations, e-commerce, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Willing to handle operational tasks, including packing and stock management
- Passion for the fashion industry is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Bandung
Job Description:
- Manage the company's daily administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain records of income, expenses, and basic cash flow reports.
- Manage product inventory and conduct regular stock counts.
- Prepare, pack, and ensure customer orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Manage e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.), including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Coordinate with influencers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Assist in managing the company's social media, including content uploads and performance monitoring.
- Oversee office operational needs and purchase office supplies when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Work closely with the owner to support daily business operations and help improve operational efficiency
