Mengelola SDM Team Operation & Maintenance FTTH / Backbone
Menyiapkan dan Implementasi Flow Proses, Monitoring, Reporting, dan Rectifikasi hasil pekerjaan Team Operation & Maintenance FTTH
Pengelolaan Dokumentasi Pekerjaan, Pemakaian Material, dan Berita Acara Serah Terima hasil pekerjaan kepada Customer
Memiliki pengetahuan FTTH, FTTX, dan OSP
Terbiasa Mengatur Team diatas 50 orang dan Pengalaman sebagai Manager minimum 3 tahun
Memiliki Kemampuan Komunikasi & Presentasi yang baik kepada Customer
Memiliki Kepemimpinan yang kuat sampai kepada Team di Lapangan
Kandidat maksimal usia 38 tahun, Penampilan Menarik dan Sopan
