Responsibilities:
- Document Control (Monitor and Update Document Control if there are any changes including a procedure review)
- Create planning, monitor and evaluate health, safety, and environment work programs
- Support CSMS / Audit from External
- Create training material and conduct training
- Conduct inspection and audit vendor
- Coordinate with others section to ensure work program can run smoothly
- Monitor the implementation of SHEQ activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree from Occupational Health and Safety/ Environment/ Engineering / Management (or related background), with min. GPA of 3,00
- Have experience as an MR or Document Controller
- Minimum 3-year-experience in SHEQ, preferably in logistics companies
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3
- Good knowledge of UKL/ UPL or AMDAL
- Have General AK3 Certification is Mandatory
- Careful with data filing and have attention to detail
- Experience in document control and handling incident investigation
- Confident, having good communication and interpersonal skills (public speaking)
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Able to work individually or in a team and under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Work location: Sunter, North Jakarta
