Job description for Koordinator Fresh at PT. Daily Fresh Indonesia

Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pemipilan jagung di lapangan dan proses fresh product, memastikan proses berjalan sesuai standar kualitas, serta melakukan pengawasan terhadap pekerja harian dan kondisi bahan baku di area kerja.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengawasi proses pemipilan jagung dari penerimaan bahan baku hingga hasil akhir.

- Memastikan kebersihan, ketertiban, dan keselamatan kerja di area pemipilan.

- Memonitor kondisi mesin potong dan melaporkan bila terjadi kerusakan.

- Melakukan pencatatan hasil harian pemipilan (tonase, kualitas, jam kerja).

- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian lahan, produksi dan gudang untuk kelancaran alur bahan baku.

- Mengontrol kualitas hasil pemipilan sesuai standar perusahaan.

- Mengawasi proses fresh produk dan memeriksa laporan harian.

The technique ensures the original freshness, sweetness, crunchiness and juicy taste of whole corn is retained.
