Kami sedang membantu salah satu klien kami, perusahaan di industri beauty, mencari Koordinator Affiliate & Content Strategy untuk bergabung dengan tim mereka.

Posisi ini akan berperan dalam mengembangkan strategi Affiliate & KOL Marketing, mengelola campaign bersama content creator/influencer, serta memastikan aktivitas content mendukung brand awareness hingga conversion di e-commerce.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, atau Affiliate Marketing.
Memiliki pengalaman menangani KOL, influencer, affiliate, atau content creator.
Memahami campaign di TikTok, Instagram, dan/atau marketplace.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline serta mampu mengelola beberapa campaign secara bersamaan.
Memiliki pemahaman terhadap social media analytics dan campaign performance.
Kreatif, proaktif, dan mengikuti perkembangan tren digital marketing.
Pengalaman di beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, e-commerce, atau digital/creative agency menjadi nilai tambah.
