Requirement :

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.

- Less than 1 year of experience.

- Experience in influencer management, talent acquisition, or creator partnerships is preferred.

- Communication and negotiation skills and relationship management.

- Previous MCN or Affiliate recruitment experience is highly valued.

- Knowledge of TikTok Affiliate/Shopee Affiliate is highly valued.

- Able to monitor and provide solutions related to GMV creator traffic.

- Willing to work at the Cibubur branch office.
