JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create target based on Company Goals
- Supervise KOL Specialist Team in achieving KOL marketing targets
- Developing and monitoring KOL Specialist team's target to be reached
- Developing integrated campaigns with relevant marketing teams (360 marketing)
- Analyzing campaign performance as a whole with specific metrics for specific objectives
- Constantly analyzing KOL campaign from competitors/creators across multiple social media platforms
- Build relationships with new and existing KOLs, foster connections
- Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation, brief with KOLs
- Collaborate with KOLs to create campaign, events, or contents that align with brands
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 2 - 3 years of working experience as KOL Supervisor or similar role
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end KOL management
- Strong in brief creation, content review, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in social media analytics, influencer marketing platforms, and performance tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
