Role Description
The KOL Supervisor will lead the execution of KOL and affiliate marketing strategies, manage influencer partnerships, oversee campaign performance, and drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute KOL & affiliate marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing to reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies, and creator communities.
- Supervise the KOL team and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize results.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify new creator opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in KOL, Influencer, Affiliate, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience leading or supervising a KOL/influencer marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
- Strong network of KOLs, influencers, or creator agencies.
- Familiar with affiliate marketing, social commerce, and live commerce.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
