Job description for KOL Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker at Star Island Media
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management/team.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian KOL/Influencer landscape, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Has a strong Indonesian KOL database/network, preferably 2,000+ KOL resources.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end KOL campaigns, from KOL sourcing, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content monitoring, to campaign evaluation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with KOLs, agencies, MCNs, and talent management.
- Able to analyze campaign performance, including GMV, engagement rate, reach, views, conversion, ROI/ROAS.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, TikTok Affiliate, livestreaming, and beauty KOL campaigns.
- Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willing to work onsite in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
