We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented KOL Specialist (TikTok GO US) to identify, recruit, and manage potential creators for the TikTok GO US program.
🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential creators for TikTok GO US.
- Research creator profiles and evaluate content quality, engagement, and niche suitability.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified creators.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to support creator onboarding and campaign participation.
- Maintain creator database, recruitment progress, and reporting.
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Recruitment, or related fields.
- Familiar with TikTok, creator economy, and social media trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
