Job Description:
- Developing campaign strategies and executing end-to-end collaborations, managing large-scale campaigns involving hundreds to thousands of KOLs/Creators/Affiliates per month, creating creative briefs, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and budget management.
- Building and maintaining a structured database of thousands of KOLs/Creators/Affiliates (selection, briefing, performance history, evaluation).
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, creators, affiliates, and collaboration partners.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring campaign execution follows the timeline, brief, and KPIs; managing endorsement budgets transparently and efficiently; and preparing comprehensive campaign performance reports.
