Job description for KOL Specialist at Mykonos
We are looking for a passionate and proactive KOL Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), building relationships with content creators, and handling clipper partnerships to maximize brand exposure and engagement across social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, influencers, and clippers aligned with the brand's target audience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate campaign execution, content delivery, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide performance reports.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
- Manage seeding, endorsement, and affiliate activities.
- Track social media trends and identify potential opportunities for brand growth.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign success.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience handling clippers, fan pages, content reposters, or creator communities is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
